Who we are

This website is operated by Biddy Enterprises Ltd (“Biddy Enterprises”, “we”, “us”), 1505 Barrington St, Halifax, Nova Scotia B3J 3K5, Canada. It presents the V28 electric mobility scooter and lets you contact us about pricing and availability.

We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other privacy laws that apply to us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. This website has no account sign-up, checkout or contact form. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, such as your name, phone number, location and questions about the V28.

Technical information. When you visit, our web host and network providers may automatically record standard technical data in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages and files requested. We use it to keep the site secure and working.

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

How we use it

We only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and every message will let you opt out. By emailing us, you agree that we may use your information to respond to you. You can withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits.

Third-party services

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and the business (for example hosting, email, delivery or payment providers), when the law requires it, or with your consent. These providers may store or process information outside Canada, in which case it may be subject to the laws of those countries.

Retention and safeguards

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then delete it or make it anonymous. We use reasonable physical, technical and organizational safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive details, such as payment card numbers or government ID numbers, by email.

Your rights

You may ask us to confirm whether we hold personal information about you, to see it, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may withdraw your consent. Email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
